Subscription Service Agreement — Creationwebs
This Agreement is entered into between Creationwebs and the subscribing customer.
1. Services. Provider delivers the subscription services described in the selected plan.
2. Payment Terms. Client pays recurring fees on the billing cycle selected. A one-time setup fee of $95.00 applies. Minimum commitment: 3 months.
3. Free Trial. No free trial on this plan.
4. Cancellation. Cancel anytime from dashboard. Effective at end of billing period.
5. Auto-Renewal. Renews automatically. Reminder email sent 7 days before renewal.
6. Intellectual Property. All plugins remain property of Creationwebs. Non-exclusive license granted during active subscription.
7. Support. Responses within SLA of selected plan tier.
